Welcome to the Kuilima Estates that is nestled in the center of one of the two championship 18 hole golf courses on the grounds of the Turtle Bay Resort. This is home away from home with the vacationer in mind.
There are 5 pools with BBQ areas and 4 regulation tennis courts with in the estates. One of the tennis court and pool is a hop, skip, and a jump away from your condo you are vacationing in.
The pristine sandy beach is only a few minutes for you to enjoy sunning, relaxing, shelling, swimming, surfing, snorkeling...etc. The resort also offers golf, horseback riding, shopping, fine dining, and entertainment.
The North Shore has many different eating cuisines to choose from whether it be a restaurant or a roadside eateries.
There are many beautiful wide pristine beaches that stretch for miles...Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay, Chun's, Lanikai, Haleiwa Beach Park, Mokuleia.

Newly refurbished and furnished one bedroom/one bathroom first level self contained condo. Start your day with breakfast on the screened lanai with the mountain view.
Your North Shore vacation condo has everything clean and new, the furnishings, linens, kitchen electrics, dishes, utensils, ceiling fans, flat screen TV with Xbox, and high speed internet access.
Fully air-conditioned, but with great breezes coming from the mountains - you may only need the ceiling fans. There is also a property manager should any need arise.
It is steps from one of the three pools, with incredible golf course views from the living room. You'll enjoy the fragrance of plumeria trees that are just outside your window!
Walk to the beach where you'll find a new restaurant/bar, cabanas, sailboat/surfboard rentals, restrooms and great snorkeling. Or head to the resort's pool bar for cocktails, morning surf contest, turtle watching or sunset hula show.

Information and calendar deemed reliable however not guaranteed! All properties are available for lease or month-to-month rental. For nightly rentals, pricing may vary for holidays. Last minute kama-aina rates are sometimes available. Holiday rates and one week minimums still apply. All prices are subject to 14.52% tax to cover Hawaii General Excise Tax and Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Payment can be made with cash or cashier's check; credit card payments are also accepted, but with an 8% administration fee. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days (same day if possible). 50% of rental down to hold reservation. Payment in full due 60 days in advance of arrival.
