The Oceanfront Coconut Estate is a convenient guest house on a quiet and private lane between Chun's Reef and Laniakea-Turtle Beach, which comfortably sleep 2 to 6 guests. It's just steps away from either beach, and features stunning views of ocean, beach and sunset. The estate is located half way between Waimea Bay and Haleiwa town, just 4 miles from Sunset Beach. IT'S THE BEST NORTH SHORE LOCATION! The guest house is a open plan second story apartment with one bedroom and one bath. The fully equipped kitchenette includes all amenities. On arrival, your host provides coffee, flowers, fruit and organic fresh free-range eggs from the ranch across the street. This fully furnished, very clean bungalow is perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations or quiet holidays with friends. Decor features original murals by renowned Hawaii artist Ron Artis. From the oceanfront lawn you'll have easy access to tide pools and ocean, with BBQ and picnic tables available for truly breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. Covered on-site parking is available for two cars. The ocean here is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and boating. Sea life is abundant, particularly in the summer months. Stroll our beaches and catch sight of Hawaiian sea turtles, whales and dolphins. Watch or participate in world-class surfing from October to March; boogie boards are provided. All properties are available for lease or month-to-month rental. For nightly rentals, pricing may vary for holidays. Last minute kama-aina rates are sometimes available. Holiday rates and one week minimums still apply. All prices are subject to 14.52% tax to cover Hawaii General Excise Tax and Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Payment can be made with cash or cashier's check; credit card payments are also accepted, but with a 10% surcharge. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days (same day if possible). 50% of rental down to hold reservation. Payment in full due 60 days in advance of arrival.
