Pupukea Ranch Estate

Private ranch with 2.5 acres of quiet pristine forest and fruit trees. House is configured as a duplex to allow privacy for multiple families or large groups. We rent to only one group at a time, so you won't be sharing the property with anyone. One side of the duplex has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and full kitchen. The other side features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large gourmet kitchen. That makes a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 full kitchens.

The property is 1.6 miles up the road from Foodland and world class surf spots. The property backs onto conservation land with hiking and horse riding trails. There are two stables nearby.

This property is available for weddings and parties of up to 50 guests.

The property is newly available as a vacation rental and has not been booked for Christmas yet!

NOTE: For groups of four or less, one single side of the duplex will be made available. For groups larger than 4, both sides will be open.
