This beautiful beachfront home in Punaluu has a sweeping view over the ocean on the peaceful Eastern shore of Oahu. Enjoy majestic sunrises, with just steps to the white sand beach. The home has 1300 square feet under roof and is just 10 minutes away from famous Turtle Bay Hilton resort. The local grocery store is a mile down the road, and Laie shopping center is just 10 min away. Kaneohe is 25 minutes south along a scenic ocean road; another 20 min will get you to all the way to Honolulu. The house is on the Circle Island bus line, which covers the North, East and central parts of the island, and connects with other buses all around the island. Please ask about other transportation options. The home is fully furnished and comes with all appliances, including Washer/Dryer, TV, DVD, etc. Also included are dishes, linens, coffee maker, etc.

Security deposit waived for military. Children under ten years old are free with all rentals. Information and calendar deemed reliable however not guaranteed! All properties are available for lease or month-to-month rental. For nightly rentals, pricing may vary for holidays. Last minute kama-aina rates are sometimes available. Holiday rates and one week minimums still apply. All prices are subject to 14.52% tax to cover Hawaii General Excise Tax and Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Payment can be made with cash or cashier's check; credit card payments are also accepted, but with an 8% administration fee. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days (same day if possible). 50% of rental down to hold reservation. Payment in full due 60 days in advance of arrival.
