Welcome to paradise. Kuilima Estates is nestled in the center of one of the two championship 18 hole golf courses on the grounds of the Turtle Bay Resort. The Estates are only one minute walk away from the beaches, where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just plain relaxing on the miles and miles of pristine sandy beaches. In addition to beach activities, the resort area also offers golf, horseback riding, tennis, shopping, fine dining and entertainment. Waikiki and it's many attractions are only an hour away.

Within the Estates are five sparkling pools and four regulation tennis courts. You will find your condo spacious and well equipped, with a full size kitchen, washer - dryer and cable TV. Enjoy the fabulous sunsets from your own lanai. You may choose to cook a gourmet meal in your condo, or barbecue at one of the outdoor facilities by the pools. Several nearby restaurants offer a variety of dining experiences. North Shore beaches offer world famous surfing and windsurfing spots - Sunset Beach, Waimea and Banzai Pipeline.

The Condo is located on the first golf tee at the Turtle Bay Hilton Tennis & Golf Resort. You'll have a short walk to the beach while viewing beautiful tropical garden settings and hearing the multitudes of the musical choir of birds. You can enjoy over 800 acres of vacant beaches.

I do eco-cleaning and steam cleaning. My service team of three hits all touchable areas: doors, window pulls etc., so that the home is really clean for the next person.

This unit is for sale. If house goes into escrow there is a possibility of realtor's needing access for inspections with a 24hr notice. Newly remodeled deluxe 2nd story unit. This is an end unit, with no neighbors on one side, and has a beautiful view over the first tee at the golf course. The lanai is screened with private outdoor dining area.

We offer ceiling fans in each room and an air conditioner in the master. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The loft has two new twin beds. The living room has a double hide-a-bed.
