Kawela Bay

Kawela Bay Estate has been designed to take maximum advantage of its location in this privately gated Hawaiian community. It is located adjacent to Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. The hotel offers three swimming pools, a horseback riding stable, restaurants, tennis and a golf club in addition to 800 acres of pristine natural beaches and coves. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the house.

The home is situated on a large 11,500 sq ft lot. It is a secluded corporate retreat with a care takers studio apartment that is also available for rent. We have multiple options for renting Kawela Bay; upstairs, downstairs, the studio or the whole home.

Two full kitchens and one half kitchen make this place a wonderful place to BBQ and enjoy the ocean. Wide lanais traverse the entire ocean-bay front on both stories of this special home. It is surrounded by water everywhere.

There are 8 private parking spots on the property, including a three car garage with workshop. Gated community. Security camera outside.

Laundry area in the garage is shared between the three units.

The upstairs living area is around 1200 sq. ft. with high ceilings and open dining area. Wide glass sliding doors open onto the large oceanfront lanai. The main living area has views of the ocean and lagoon. In fact, there is a view of the water from every upstairs room. If you open some windows, you can enjoy the cooling breezes of Kawela Bay.

From the master bedroom, you will wake up to the sunrise over the ocean and bay. This large bedroom features a four poster California king bed, TV and coffee table with chairs. Sliding doors open onto the oceanfront lanai.

To enhance the romantic atmosphere, the master bathroom has a double jacuzzi tub with ocean view, and large glass block shower.

There is a two-sided fireplace between the master bedroom and bath.

The designer kitchen has been thoughtfully planned with a pass though to an outside BBQ deck, adjacent to the dining room. The deck is built overlooking the palm trees surrounding the fish natural to the Hawaiian lagoon.

The downstairs has been designed to accommodate corporate guests. It features a large master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bath tub. The living room has an additional double day bed and bathroom, and opens to the bay side ocean and lagoon. There is a TV in the living area and another in the master bedroom. There is a lock-off door from the upstairs entrance. The kitchen is small but very complete.
