This secluded 2 1/2 acre private garden estate is located at the top of quite mountain neighborhood of Pupukea. A two story a-frame cottage and large private pool are surrounded with orchids and exotic tropical birds.

Information and calendar deemed reliable however not guaranteed! All properties are available for lease or month-to-month rental. For nightly rentals, pricing may vary for holidays. Last minute kama-aina rates are sometimes available. Holiday rates and one week minimums still apply. All prices are subject to 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Payment can be made with cash or cashier's check; credit card payments are also accepted, but with a 10% surcharge. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days (same day if possible). 50% of rental down to hold reservation. Payment in full due 60 days in advance of arrival.
